3D Printing Process

We have a small 3D Printer and can offer 3D Printing on select jobs

The following outlines the process of such a design and print

Process 1

A Client needs a solution to stop caster wheels from falling off a ledge.
We proposed to make custom chocks.

Taking measurements We build a 3D model

3D Model is translated into print commands

We then print the model in ABS

Print Finished

After finishing the print we fitted the new chocks and now the heater is secure.

Process 2

As part of the new server I required more USB ports.

3D Printing allowed me to acomplish this endevour

Designed the Plate

Plate in place with USB socket secured, fits perfectly and works
